Kitaibela

Kitaibela is a genus of two species that are native to the Lower Danube area in former-Jugoslavia and the eastern Mediterranean region. One species, Kitaibela vitifolia, is sometimes cultivated as an ornamental.

Kitaibela is still frequently erroneously spelt as “Kitaibelia” (see for instance Güvenç & Duman 2005).
