Pseudoturritis

Pseudoturritis Al-Shehbaz

Pseudoturritis is a monotypic genus native to Eurasia. Recent molecular research supports its removal from a broadly circumscribed genus Arabis (Al-Shehbaz 2005). It is morphologically distinct by the unique combination of yellowish petals, bracteate inflorescences (at least in the lower half) and strongly falcate, deflexed fruits that are 8-15 cm long.
