Revision of Picea omorika from Mon, 2013-08-19 14:54

Picea omorika (Pančić) Purk. (SW-Serbia) – A common ornamental tree but only exceptionally seen as an escape from cultivation (although it might have been overlooked). A single young tree was found in spontaneous woodland along E17 motorway in Kortrijk in 2013. Also in 2013 seen as an escape in a military base in Hechtel-Eksel.
