Ibicella Van Eselt.
As currently understood Ibicella is a genus of two species, both native to warm-temperate and tropical regions of central South-America (Gutierrez 2011). One species, Ibicella lutea, is sometimes cultivated as an ornamental (mostly for its peculiar fruits). It locally also occurs as a weed.
